This baby boy was a dream to photograph! He was so sleepy and had the best head of hair! He also had the best cheeks and baby rolls! And there’s nothing better than baby rolls!
I love the colors mom chose for her session too. I’ve found that green and cream are perfect for darker skin colors, as they make them pop in just the right way. They are also earthy, neutral colors that look great in anyone’s home. The beautiful green backdrop is from Manly & Pretty Little Things and her products never disappoint! They are THE best quality and she offers colors that are perfect for every baby.
There’s just something about this angle that makes it my favorite baby photo from the gallery. I think its because it really focuses in on his sweet features that change so quickly! And sleeping babies are just the best to look at because they look so peaceful.
Macro newborn photos have become some of my favorite images to take at my photography sessions. The details of a baby are amazing. I always think about the fact that what a miraculous thing to have a human grow inside of us as women. Every little hair, wrinkle and feature are perfect.
