Newborn Expo Display Booth | Baby Fest Northwest | Seattle Newborn Photographer
One of the proudest moments in my career was when I put together my Newborn Expo Display Booth for Baby Fest Northwest! I pulled inspiration from Pinterest and with the help of my husband, created something better than I expected!
I found plans for the wood backdrop here, modified the plans a bit and my talented husband made my vision become reality! We purchased the barn wood from a local vendor who had stacks of it in his yard. I was in heaven getting to pick out the perfect lumber for this backdrop!
Setting up the display at Baby Fest Northwest was quite the task, but I enjoyed every minute of it! I was able to put my creativity to use and display my work for the thousands that were expected to walk through the event. Months went into planning this, but the end result was worth it!
Thank you to all of the families who have trusted me over the years to photograph their families too! Its because of all of you that I had these beautiful images to display and show off!
The beautiful prints displayed on the backdrop are all from Bay Photo Lab. It is a printing company that is exclusive to professional photographers and has the best quality prints in my opinion. No one even compares to them! The prints are on thin mat board and create a seamless, perfect look!
One of my favorite parts of the display booth is the laser cut wood lettering! I ordered it from a company on etsy and they did an amazing job! It really made for a unique, stand-out look!
The wood canvases seen here are from an amazing company in the Netherlands – The Original Photoblocks. They are framed canvases and are my absolute favorite print product I’ve ever purchased! These images do not do them any justice! They are absolute perfection and so beautiful!
The 3 canvas rings on the right are from the same company and I was in awe when I received them! The canvases and rings are now all displayed in my Puyallup newborn studio for all of my clients to admire!
I was able to use several of my studio props of this booth and it was such creative process collecting it all. I put my heart and soul into creating a warm and inviting space for parents to see how amazing newborn photography really is! Its something that is cherished forever, as these little ones don’t stay this little for long!
The water bottle labels were custom made and were such a hit! I tried to come up with something that every person would want while walking around the baby expo and I think I hit the nail on the head! It created lots of traffic and everyone was so grateful to receive one! After all was said and done, I met so many wonderful families and the day flew by! It was a great experience and I was very happy to be a part of the event!
