Holiday minis are here! This year, I’m offering a simple, neutral holiday setup at my downtown Puyallup photography studio. Think soft whites, warm neutrals, subtle greenery, cozy textures, and just enough Christmas magic without an overly busy backdrop.
These sessions are perfect for updated family photos, holiday cards, gifts for grandparents, milestones with little ones or simply documenting this season with your family.

The Vision
The vision for these holiday minis is simple, warm, neutral, and timeless. The setup will feature creamy whites, soft beige tones, natural greenery, warm twinkle lights, and understated Christmas details.
Rather than a bright red-and-green Christmas set, I’m keeping everything soft and neutral so that your family remains the focus of the photos. The finished images will feel cozy and festive while still fitting beautifully with the natural style you see throughout my work.
What to Wear
For this setup, I recommend sticking with a soft, neutral color palette. Cream, ivory, oatmeal, camel, taupe, beige, soft brown, muted olive, and subtle earthy tones will all photograph beautifully.
Think cozy sweaters, knit dresses, textured fabrics, simple dresses, layered pieces and even pajamas! Mixing textures is a great way to add interest without everyone needing to match.
I recommend coordinating rather than matching and avoiding large logos, neon colors, busy patterns, and bright Christmas red or green. Bare feet or simple neutral shoes will also work beautifully with the relaxed studio feel.
The goal is effortless, cozy, and timeless—similar to the styling of my outdoor minis, just brought indoors with a subtle holiday touch.
